Faith M. Thuku
Faith is an Associate who holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Upper Second Class Honours) from Strathmore University and a Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) having been admitted to the bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2022. Faith joined the Firm in 2021 where she diligently served her articles of pupillage and received impeccable training in Corporate & Commercial Law, Real Estate & Banking and Dispute Resolution.
As an Associate, Faith undertakes conveyancing and commercial briefs but her expertise leans towards real estate as she handles prime real estate development projects from their inception and throughout their life cycles.
In her free time, Faith volunteers in spaces with young people with a specific interest in mentorship and leadership.
Ben M. MugiBen M. Mugi
Ben serves as a Principal Advocate and holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LL.B Hons) from the University of Manchester, England with a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK). Ben served his pupillage at CMS Daly & Inamdar Advocates LLP from January 2020 and was admitted to the bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in March 2021 after which he served as an Associate at CMS Daly & Inamdar Advocates LLP until December 2021 after which he operated as Legal Counsel at Dry Associates Investment Bank between January 2022 and January 2024.
He re-joined the firm (from a previous stint between 2018 and 2019) in January 2024 with experience in and advising on Capital Markets, Securitization, Corporate Governance & Investigations, Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management.
Patrick MachariaBrenda J. Kiprop
Brenda is a law graduate of the Moi University, Eldoret with a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She was admitted to the bar as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2018 and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).
She joined the firm in 2020 upon successfully serving her articles of pupillage at Kamotho Maiyo & Mbatia Advocates. She has expertise in Litigation, Conveyance, Bank Securities, Property law, Intellectual Property law, Debt Management and Debt Recovery, Legal Research and Alternative Dispute Resolution. This entails handling a portfolio of development Projects, preparing Banking and Security documentation and specialized commercial contracts, conducting legal research, Legal opinions, and legislation review, conducting registration of E-electronic Land transactions on the Ardhisasa System, advising, and setting up of Business structures i.e., Companies, CBO’s NGO’S Societies and Partnerships, handling Litigation in Succession and Employment Matters, and preparing of pleading and submissions and court documents.
