Mamicha & Co Advocates was founded in 1992 with the guiding vision that commitment, excellence and integrity drive success. The firm has carved a niche in distinct areas of practices revolving around conveyancing and property law, banking security documentation project financing, commercial and corporate law, share deals and intellectual property.

Facilities and Equipment

We have invested in two (2) fireproof cabinets where we store all original title and security documents.

Client files are held in a mechanised bulk filing system while movement of the documents is strictly controlled in order to safeguard against loss.

We operate a secure and integrated I.T. network that facilitates access to information; enhances efficiency in operations, client feedback and seamless service delivery. Our document management system is built into this network. We have invested in a backup system to facilitate continuity of work and data security in the event of disasters on and off site.

To enhance efficiency in operations and best serve our client with customized services, we have in place an information management system that greatly aids to manage our client information database, file records and billings.

Client Portfolio

We have a vibrant and robust commercial and conveyancing department that is fully engaged in multifaceted transactions worth hundreds of millions in the recent past that transcends various disciplines and practices in corporate, commercial and conveyance practices.

Our litigation department also serves the various client interests in our courts and tribunals, just as our intellectual property department caters for their intellectual property rights.
