TRAINEE ADVOCATE

Felix holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Kenyatta University and is currently awaiting admission to the Bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He joined the firm in 2023 as an intern and has remained with the firm throughout his time at the Kenya School of Law, where he also served as a pupil.

During his time at the firm, Felix has gained a wealth of experience in conveyancing, banking and finance transactions, real estate law, and secured lending advisory. He regularly assists in the provision of legal opinions and advisory services to local and international financial institutions, lenders, and private clients on property acquisitions, secured lending, and enforcement transactions. He has also been involved in various real estate projects from inception to completion, gaining experience in project structuring, implementation, and completion.

In the real estate sector, Felix has worked with various developers on matters including subdivision and amalgamation, structuring long-term leases, converting long-term leases (a process called conversion) into sectional titles, and compliance with regulatory and land registration requirements. He brings a detail-oriented and commercially aware approach to transactions, ensuring both legal soundness and practical execution.

Victor Kimani

Victor holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Kenyatta University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, having been admitted to the Bar in 2025, and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).

He joined the Firm in 2025, where he successfully completed his pupillage, gaining extensive hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and client advisory work. His practice spans Corporate and Commercial Law, Conveyancing and Real Estate, Dispute Resolution, Banking and Securities, Intellectual Property, and Property Law.

As an Associate, he is meticulous, analytical, and solution-oriented, with a strong commitment to professionalism and client service. He brings integrity, efficiency, and commercial insight to every matter he undertakes and provides practical, results-driven legal solutions tailored to clients’ objectives. His experience includes handling prime real estate development projects, securitization transactions, and complex conveyancing matters.

Alex Kanja

Alex holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Kenyatta University, Nairobi, and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the Bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in September 2019. He began his practice at Igeria & Ngugi Advocates as a Trainee Advocate, later joining Mohamed Madhani & Company Advocates LLP in 2021 as an Associate.

Since September 2022, Alex has served as a Senior Associate at Wamae & Allen LLP, Nairobi. He brings with him extensive experience in Corporate and Commercial transactions, Conveyancing, Intellectual Property, Immigration Law, and Securitisation.

His practice includes advising clients on regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, conducting legal due diligence, managing intellectual property registrations, and overseeing immigration processes. Alex is recognized for his analytical skills, attention to detail, and client-focused approach, which have contributed to successful transactions and long-term client relationships.

  1. Provided strategic advisory services to international clients on immigration compliance, including work permit and pass applications, and successfully coordinated approvals with regulatory authorities.
  2. Managed intellectual property portfolios for both local and international clients, overseeing registrations, filings, and enforcement actions to safeguard proprietary rights.
  3. Drafted, reviewed, and negotiated complex commercial contracts for corporate clients, ensuring enforceability, regulatory compliance, and alignment with broader business objectives.

  6. Acting for a leading developer of a mixed‑use development project, including initial due diligence, preparation and negotiation of agreements for sale to purchasers and registration of titles.
